An accomplished entrepreneur, Frank Schmaeling reached the pinnacle of success in corporate America — he was chairman and CEO of his own nationwide telecommunications company with nearly 300 employees.

One day, he decided to leave that all behind in order to have more time with his family, so he got in on the ground floor of Ambit Energy, the “finest and most respected retail energy provider in America.”

As a Founding Consultant with the Dallas-based energy provider, Frank grew his own direct sales business within Ambit and was an integral part of the company being named “2010’s Fastest Growing Private Company in America” by Inc. magazine.

And now, Frank brings his wealth of talent and experience to iinView, where he will focus on doing what he does best — helping to grow the company to incredible heights of success while helping others reach levels of employment and connecting the perfect candidate to the perfect career.

 

Darin Spassoff

Co-Founder, Partner

Once a record-setting pitcher for the University of Miami baseball team, Darin Spassoff encountered a setback when an injury ended his playing career. Armed with his degree, willingness to adapt, and a desire to help people, he entered the corporate world while still following his passion for sports by coaching and instructing kids’ teams in his spare time.

Today, Darin is a results-oriented, process-driven professional with more than two decades of experience in executive hiring, recruiting, and management. His unique blend of hiring experience and business insights — combined with the competitive edge of a high-level athlete — have served him well in high-level positions on all sides of the hiring process.

He has worked as a recruiter for corporations, an executive search firm, and a consulting firm (once “speed recruiting” nearly 700 candidates in three months). Darin has extensive experience working with industries such as banking, information technology, and marketing, each industries experiencing successful job development.

One of Darin’s greatest strengths is his ability to create new programs that simplify and streamline the hiring process. During his career, he has developed innovative, proprietary systems for recruitment and sales organizations that have resulted in exceptional results. Outside the office, he will always be a part of the game he loves — Darin currently serves as president and director of player development of the Dallas Dodgers Baseball Club (a non-profit high school and college prep organization for local baseball players).

John Kleweis

John Kleweis has more than 20 years of consulting, sales, and recruiting experience, but also brings the passion of a pro who has worked with a variety of start-up companies.

He started his career in healthcare IT Consulting where he was a road-warrior consultant traveling across the United States doing large-scale system implementations for large healthcare companies. After tiring of being on the road, away from family and friends, he had an opportunity to help several high-tech start-up companies in Dallas.

During his tenure at one of those companies, he got a taste of recruiting and it burned a passion and fire inside him, so he made a drastic change in his career path and dove into the employment world of talent acquisition and executive recruiting, focusing primarily on accounting, finance, and professional services. Since then, John has fully utilized the opportunity to help launch a couple start-up recruiting divisions for larger companies and enterprises.

But after holding several managerial positions in more typical corporate settings, he was ready for something new. With iinView, John is excited to re-kindle his start-up level excitement for recruiting, and help bring life to a brand-new technology platform that connects qualified candidates with employers.
